India to host Australia ahead of World Cup

India will have a series of matches against Australia in one-day format before playing against England in Test matches, according to the BCCI.
The Indian team will play 16 games against other countries. This includes five Test matches, three One Day Internationals (ODIs), and eight Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). The games will be played in India.
Australia is going to India to play three one-day international matches on September 22. These matches will take place in Mohali, Indore, and Rajkot. After the World Cup, there will be five cricket matches between them and Australia. The first match will take place on November 23 in Visakhapatnam.
India will welcome England to play five matches of a long cricket game called Test series. The matches will happen in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Rajkot, Ranchi, and Dharamsala starting from January 25.
Afghanistan will be coming to India for their first-ever bilateral tour, where they will play three T20 matches starting from January 11th.
India, who have won the World Cup two times before, will start playing in the tournament against Australia on October 8 in Chennai. Reuters is a news organization.
