NASA chief congratulates India and ISRO as Chandrayaan-3 lands on Moon

On August 23rd in Washington
NASA Administrator Bill Nelson praised India for successfully landing a spacecraft on the Moon. He expressed happiness about NASA’s collaboration with India on this mission.
India’s Chandrayaan-3 was the first space mission to land near the lower part of the Moon. Days after Russia’s unmanned spacecraft Luna-25 lost control and crashed into the Moon, they are trying again.
